The Vander Memorial Trios Cup is a casual 3v3 fleet battles tournament with some modifiers/adjustments from 3PO League/Cadet Cup to address faction imbalances and make comebacks more viable. This will be primarily done by increases in cap ship and flagship values (both factions), with a large increase to NR to offset their DPS disadvantage. Component bans and starfighter modifications are currently out of scope for this tournament.

The Vander Memorial Trios Cup is a BO2 round-robin group stage proceeded by a BO3 single elimination knockout round. Cap ship damage ratio will serve as the tiebreaker for the group stage and will decide faction and/or map pick for game 3 in the knockout round.
