Welcome to the twentysixth Beta Squadron Weekly Report!

We had a good week with some very good news! Participation in the trivia run was excellent, this time Mr. Lommax managed to bag a win and an Iron Star with Bronze Ribbon!

We have also got a new recruit aboard, please give a hearthy welcome to Lieutenant Chrome (yes, he's not a Sub-Lieuteant anymore)! Now be nice to him, I know he is the new guy, but if I catch him in the aft hangar bay at midnight, in nothing but his standard-issue underwear, covered in pink and yellow paint, sitting on top of a TIE/ln, all of you are going to be on latrine and maintenance duty for the next two standard weeks! Understood?

I have made a modification to this WSR. From now on, whoever has the honors of getting his uniform shown in the Roster section, will also have his flight helmet presented in the Wrapping Up section! Yay!

This month's Training Excersize is XWA-TC #1: Avenger Encounter. Get in the simulator, be the top scorer (within Beta) and earn an Iron Star with Bronze Wings!
The next mission for Beta's Citation Hunt is TIE-free #286: Rookie's First Day. Hopefully we'll be able to get our first citation!

Ben Burtt created the sound of Darth Vader's breathing by placing a small microphone in the second stage (mouthpiece) of a scuba regulator, and then recording the sound made by his breathing through the regulator.
