'Well suffice to say High Admiral, the bloody simulator pods on the Warrior, Hammer and Challenge have all cooked.' The vulpinroid was centre stage of a meeting aboard the Aggressor, with Vice Admiral Naiilo, Major EvilGrin and Major Taygetta conferenced in by holo. 'These pods were nearing their end of life anyways as it was and I fear that IMPERIAL STORM III was the final blow for them. Fortunately though, we've been proactively preparing for such an eventuality. Hardware is easy enough, the architecture on the old pods are twenty-eight years old. Vice Admiral Naiilo led a tiger team to put the hardware together. We're just now working implementing a new simulation engine to that both takes advantage of the new hardware but is considerably more stable. They'll of course continue to run Versus, Alliance, Squadrons and Conflict. The tiger team will be operating off of the Virulence until further notice.'

Well pilots, I'm sure a good deal of you are curious as to what that whole Virulence Code Cylinder thing was for a few new entrants to the Discord. I'm happy to advise that the Combat Operations Office is actively working on implementing X-Wing Alliance Upgrade (XWAU) and the TIE Fighter Total Conversion (TFTC) as platforms within the TIE Corps. We have some backend work to do so an exact time table cannot be provided at this time, but we have just completed an hour long meeting between myself, the COOAs (all in attendance), the TCCOM and the TAC to set up a roadmap. X-Wing Alliance Upgrade has been long championed by a few of our pilots, and the general excitement for it along with TFTC has been palpable (Palpatine-able?). Stay tuned for further updates.

STANDING ORDERS

  • Approval Criteria: At least 1 kill or 1 objective with a winning match. You may submit a 0 kill scoresheet so long as your scoreboard matches up accordingly. For Star Wars Squadrons you must have at a minimum 200 score to be considered productive.
  • Match reports must be made no more than 72 hours after completion unless special dispensation is given by the COO
  • Star Conflict players must be a member of the EH corporation displaying our tags for credit.

BEST PRACTICES

  • Designating whom will submit the match report when there are multiple EH pilots grouped together to reduce chance of duplicate match reports

DONE:

  • Convened Project Virulence meeting with TCCOM, TAC, COO & COOAs that ran from 8:00 PM to 9:15 PM EDT on 16 July 2021
  • Ensured LoC and LoS queues were completed as of completion of this report. Month to date we have approved 1208 Legions of Combat and 6319 Legions of Skirmish. That's 7527 total which if we account for a COO team member drinking one six-pack of beer per submission processed, 11,290.5 beers have been consumed with 1881.75 beers per COO team member. No wonder we're hungover all the time.
