REPORTING OFFICERS: Col Stryker, Maj Genie, Wards of the TIE Corps

We are delighted to be sending out our first official Ward Report! With it, come a ton of news and announcements. First and foremost, you may have noticed our new TC Ward Logo, peppered around the report itself. It was designed by Robert Hogan with the approval of the Logo Committee, using our new TC Logo.

Furthermore, we are announcing an EH Book Club, hosted by Col Stryker. It is held on discord over voice chat along with a permanent chat channel. To join, head over to the #role-assignments channel on discord and opt-in.

In addition, we will be starting an interactive story set within our timeline, written by Maj Genie whereby at regular intervals the next chapter of the story will be shared on the #runons channel along with the ability to vote what action should be taken next! Several pilots and admiralty may find themselves starring in it! If you wish that your name is not included however, please reach out to Genie on discord and your character will be discretely ommitted.

Other sections of the Ward report include notable graphics and fiction created by pilots across the fleet. If you haven't yet, be sure to send to Genie or Stryker any fiction or art you wish to be uploaded to our EH TC website. Fiction has to be in .pdf format, while art in .jpg or .png.

Special shoutout goes to Neko and her 'Stay within the Lines' competition, whereby she has been consistently providing the fleet with hours of amusement with her funny and creative drawings.

A big project, under the stewardship of the Wards recently came to an end. Some of the most talented people in our fleet gathered together to make a new TC Logo. The results were already shared by HA Plif, however we wanted to also share it here, as it was our first assignment as Wards.

Congratulations go out to Morgoth, Kalve, Silwar, Turtle, Robert, Graf, Xye, Hav Antiel, Witcher and Kamjin in their perseverence and dedication to make the new logo a reality. Plif locked us all in a room, with just one fork in the middle of the room and no food, but plenty of computers to try and come up with a new design. It was a huge success, but you may have noticed not everyone came out of the room in one piece.

The same set of people will continue to serve as the TC Logo Approval Committee. Essentially, if you wish to use the logo in some capacity, you are free to do so, but under specific usage guidelines as set out by the Logo Committee.

The first book we reviewed was Rogue Squadron by Michael A. Stackpole. LCM WoofWolffe was particularly insightful with his analysis and thoughts on the book!

There were a ton of excellent fiction pieces submitted to us these past few weeks. It was very hard to choose from them. You can always visit people's profiles on the TC website to view fiction, art and songs they have produced over time. For April, your Wards recommend: Genie's Pick: Witcher's accounts of the Hammer's NPC crew. Stryker's Pick: First Blood by GN La'an.

Our joint art pick of the month is NiksaVel's Birds of Prey.
