KAPPA SQUADRON NEWS

Lots of things happening in Kappa Squadron. The big news was that CPT Sparky chose to step down from Squad Commander and CM Aardvark was appointed to the position. We thank CPT Sparky for his service to the Empire and are glad that he chose to remain in a leadership role as Flight Leader of Flight 2. Also, CM Victor O'Brien's position as Squadron XO was made official. Congrats!

We also welcome SL Crashwalker to Kappa Squadron and are anxious to fly with him and see him get his first promotion!

On a less positive note, overall squadron activity has been lacking. Those of you who are contributing regularly, thank you! However, some pilots are in danger of being declared AWOL and others, while they check in, have not shown recent flight activity or participation in comps. Kappa pilots, your CO and Flight leaders are anxious to see you back in the cockpit and will do whatever they can to encourage and support you! TIE CORPS is supposed to be fun and is a great example of you get out what you put in. There are some exciting comps running now and I encourage you to participate.

A reminder, unless you tell me you entered a comp, there is no guarantee that I'll know about your activity unless you win an award or the person running the comp publishes a list of everyone who participated. That's why your weekly report to your Flight Leader is important.

CM Aardvark 1-1: Playing TIE, XWA and XvT (17 missions). Entries in trivia and fiction comps. Awards in March include IS-SW, IS-BW, New FCHG<Lancer> and promotion to CM/CMDR. Active by email and Discord.

LCM Reyla Setsune 1-2: Playing Squadrons. Awards for March include 2 LoC and a new combat rating of <Certified>. Active in email and discord.

SL Crashwalker 1-3: New pilot. Active in discord and we're anxious to see some other activity and a promotion to LT.

LT Zild Freeman 1-4: No activity noted. Active in Discord.

CPT Sparky 2-1: Playing squadrons. Awards for March include 2 LoS and has been active in email and Discord.

COL Farrin Xies 2-2: No recent activity or contact.

LCM Rachel Drakon 2-3: No recent activity but has responded to emails.

COL Ulrich Drachen 2-4: No recent activity or contact.

CM Victor O'Brien 3-1: Playing Squadrons and earned 2 LoC in March. Was assigned as FL/SQXO and is active in Discord.

COL Hawkins 3-2: No recent activity or contact.

GN Dunta Polo 3-4: Playing Star Conflict and earned 8 LoS in March. Active by email and Discord.
