The roster is down six since last time and it's been a few reports since we last had a decrease. That puts us a little ways out from needing to open a squadron, condolences to the officer that I heard from about taking on a CMDR spot. I'm sure another opportunity will present itself sooner or later and we'll be keeping you in mind for that.

Squadron Executive Officer (SQXO) is now live as a secondary position. The new position is intended to designate a second-in-command for each squadron, though their specific duties will be decided by their CMDR. Our inaugural class of chosen SQXOs are CM Frenchie6 from Rho Squadron, MAJ Hermann from Sin Squadron, CM Victor O'Brien from Kappa Squadron, and CM TI-40026 from Firebird Squadron. Good luck on your new assignments!

The SOO and I are now sharing the promotion and medal queues in an effort to decrease delays, so you might see my name at the bottom of some of those emails. Medal emails will still come from the 'Office of the TC-SOO' and have a [TC-SOO] tag in the subject, no change on that so there shouldn't need to be any email rule updates.

Imperial Storm has been delayed, so what I think we'll do is move up Squadron (Re)Mobilization. More news soon as preparations are worked out.

As a reminder that I'll probably keep in my report for a while, Discord isn't our primary communication platform because so much happens over email but anybody that's not regularly signing on to Discord is missing out on the biggest part of our community. A lot of the communication that used to take place on the mailing list now happens on Discord, for example.

The Raise the Flag event each year confers three titles to recognize the top ship, squadron, and individual pilot from the competition. These are the current holders of those titles.

TIE Corps in Battle is pending new assignments for March and results for February, will be working on this this week.

SP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top three pilots on the SP Kill Board each month. Congratulations to the top three SP pilots for February: HA Anahorn Dempsey, MAJ Hermann, and GN Jarek La'an (and his evil twin FA Jarek La'an).

The Trivia Grand Tour is now live for its sixth season, Week One is running right now. Link and details in an email on the mailing list and #competitions on Discord.

DONE:

• Ran an officer meeting on 2/27, meeting notes pending
• Kicked off Season Six of the Trivia Grand Tour
• Awarded medals for SP Ace of the TIE Corps
• Dropped the Transfers section from my report, I figure those are being reported elsewhere anyway
• Added more specific guidance about TCCORE to the Pilot Manual and database per a suggestion from LCM Gytheran
• Did some testing for TTT3, it's looking really nice

ONGOING:

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Posting news to the feed in the database (sometimes)
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style, no big revisions that take a while to come out
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, AD Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)
• Translating things discussed in officer meetings into proposals and changes
• Processing uniform updates

PENDING:

• TCiB February results and March assignments
• Parsing RtF feedback to share with the leaders
• The Commodore Volume 7
• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
• Competition resource - what we've done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• Taking TM/3 (someday)
