Last week, I said adding 11 pilots to the roster was a very strong membership increase. This time, it's +14! We definitely needed to expand our active roster to accommodate all these incoming pilots.

And expand the roster we did in a momentous way. The ISDII Challenge has been re-activated under the command of High Admiral Anahorn Dempsey. Inferno Squadron was the first of its squadrons that was re-activated and is commanded by CPT Drake Starfire. Good luck on your new assignments!

The SOO is going to be exercising final approval for some promotions going forward in the LT-MAJ range. That should help get those done more quickly since the SOO is also the the final approver on most things in the evaluations.

To help keep the roster in check and make sure that squadrons remain active, we've decided to grant CMDRs a way to recommend that pilots be transferred to the Reserves in certain situations. A more detailed explanation has been added to the Pilot Manual, but the short version is that a pilot that hasn't done more than communicate for two months in a row might be transferred out of their active duty role. The CMDR's CoC will review the request and send it to me if approved.

The COO announced a few changes to LoC and LoS requirements, namely barring Custom Battles in Star Conflict and requiring more information for XvT and XWA matches.

CM SkyShadow and LC Kyle Kroan worked together to bring us a new update to Tempest Tailoring Tool that restores TTT's ability to automatically switch to the correct trim for the Wing the pilot's in and allows it to use POV-Ray 3.7 instead of 3.6. I've updated https://tc.emperorshammer.org/uniforms.php to reflect the new version, download links, and instructions. AD Pickled Yoda stepped in to resolve an issue we were having with the way the database responds to import requests from TTT. You might still see an integer error, but the import process doesn't fail the way it was before. Thanks, gents!
