Ladies and
Gents, Welcome to
another Delta Weekly Squadron Report! Another week
has flown by here on the Hammer, and as we pull into the final quarter of
2018 I’ve been having a couple of conversations on Discord about the next
instalment of Imperial Storm as I appreciate there was a significant amount
of feedback on our first run and we’d like to ensure that the next version
accommodates that feedback to a degree, and is quicker and more inclusive if
possible so I will keep you all informed as to our progress on that front. From a Delta
perspective, we’ve had several Iron Stars handed out amongst the squadron, partly
as I cleared a September backlog of trivia awards, and partly due to Dempsey
picking up a couple of medals for yet more flying! On the
trivia front, we had a decent round with about 50% participation when you
include me as ring-master, you can find out more below. Finally, LC Kroan has been putting together several new unit patches,
including one for Delta. His draft versions have been mighty impressive! |

Competitions Last week’s round of trivia revolved around Naboo and specifically locations found in the city of Theed, Naboo’s capital. Special mentions to MAJ Shadow Fenn
and LCM Donir from Flight Two who both had some
good answers, but this round became a private duel between COL Impulse and
LCM Aval from Flight Three who were separated by a single point in the end. Well done to Impulse who claims another Iron Star with Bronze
Ribbons, and better luck to the rest of you this week – train those trigger
fingers and do what General Clark does; duct tape the phone to your
