Announcements:
OK, good news first. CrazyCarl was promoted to LT this week! Congratulations!
On a sad note, COL Len Eode requested his transfer to the Phoenix this week, and the request was granted. We wish you a happy retirement Len. We will miss you.
With no new CMDR’s waiting in the wings, after Len’s departure, I have decided to close Sigma Squadron. I hope that this will consolidate our pilots and make managing things a little easier. When we have the needed number of pilots and a CMDR willing to take on a challenge, I will open Sigma back up. While I will not mention this in reports continually, consider the CMDR of Sigma an open command position for a great new leader.
Finally, the Logistics Officer’s Knockout Competition is in full swing! If you have not flown for the first round yet, you had better hurry! Thank you Mark for what looks to be a fun competition.
Also, we are continuing the weekly meetings, so join in, be heard, and shoot someone!
