OVERVIEW

Here we go with another TCCOM report. Sub Lieutenant Jack Baldy was declared AWOL the past week letting us slightly drop down in numbers. The Warrior MShipE has been processed and most, if not all medals should be awarded by now. Nice job everyone. With both MShipEs being processed I had the pleasure to award another round of MoCs. Details about those will, as always, be mentioned in FA Pel's SOO report tomorrow. Speaking of Pel. After one year of exemplary service as my SOO and second in command of the TIE Corps, I was proud to award him with the Grand Order of the Emperor during my anniversary celebrations. For all he has helped me with here in the TCCS and all the work he has done for the TIE Corps during the past year, this is only a really small token of gratitude! But Pel wasn't the only one to receive a present last week. The NPC WCs of both ships have received their own profiles on the TIE Corps database now. you can check those out at MAJ Narven Task and GN Gilbert H. Frown. Other changes last week hit the TCCS. After quite some time without a DEAN and no need to have one after the IU took all the duties of IWATS, I decided, with the approval of the FC, to remove the DEAN from the TCCS. As compensation the position of the "Warden of the Imperial Archives" or short WARD has been created. The Warden will be responsible for a wide spread area of activities including TC wide none flying competitions, preserving the history of the TIE Corps, etc. The position will be handled like an TCCS Assistant position, similar to the COOA or the EDR. The WARD needs to hold an active position on one of the TIE Corps ships as his main position, and will remain there. The position itself will be on a long term probation and permanent evaluation. If one day the workload of the WARD will be high enough and our numbers have grown a bit further, we might even talk to the FC about making the WARD a full TCCS position with Admiral's rank. The position is open for applications now and I hope to see a bunch of good applications for it. If you think you're the right one to fill out the position send your application to me cc'ing the SOO. Deadline for applications will be Thursday, May 5th. The first Warden of the Imperial Archives will than be in position with my report on Saturday, May 7th. Last but not least I celebrated my first anniversary as TCCOM last week. The competitions held for this celebration didn't see as much participation as I hoped for. Still at least 3 different people participated in each of the 4 competitions. The results were announced 2 days ago and the Iron Stars were allready handed over. Details about the competition results can also be found in the TCCOM comp section of this report to preserve those in the database for the future. And now I want to thank all of you for the work we did together the past year. Without you, the membership of the TIE Corps, I wouldn't have been able to make this year as your TCCOM. We've had some fights, we've had a lot of work, most of it in the backgrounds, unseen by the majority of the membership. But I hope that we solved most issues with results that brought the TIE Corps a step further into the future while preserving its past and its roots. I hope I'll be able to celebrate another anniversary as TCCOM next year, and look back at another year like the past one. Thanks for all the fun I've had while serving with and for all of you! It's a pleasure!
