Reminder
I've denied many competitions because of that so I'll remind you: All forward dating of Competitions (with very select exceptions) beyond a term of 3 consecutive months is prohibited. If after that 3 month period, the competition concept will continue, the applicable Officer will need to resubmit it for again approval.

Recruitment project
I've started working on some recruitment project. I'll contact the RO to work on it together. When it's completed it should be very useful at the Celebration 3.

Summary
Well, that's it. It's all I had to report in my first report in the new year. Unfortunately, it's also my last report as the TO. For last couple of months I was trying hard to be fulfill my duties well and do as much for my office and for the EH as possible. I was trying to not to let my university studies to have influence at my work as Training Officer but it was becomming harder and harder. With upcomming exams session I knew that I'll need help and I've opened the CA:TO for apps. But because of recent events in my RL it became obvious for me that my time will be even more limited than I've expected. Keeping in mind a good of this club, I'm hereby stepping down from the position of the Training Officer. I was very hard decision for me. If you told me a month ago that I'll resign, I would laugh at you, but today I have to make that step. I'll perform my duties untill GA Astatine finds a replacement. After new TO is appointed I'll hopefully remain as the TOA to assist him in his new duties. In addition I also want to complete some projects I've started as the TO. I still will hang on IRC and will help anyone who has any training related problem.
