Recently we had a very live debate on the MB about the SGvsSG competitions. It is a sad for me, that some SGs reject taking part in SGvsSG comps. Competitions are a vital part of activity and they always increase morale and overall activity in subgroups. Rejecting competitions offers won't do good to your SGs. Other thing is a proper way of proposing comps. Please do not post them on the MB. Email the SGCOM of the proper SG and CC me. I'm more than willing to help in organising them if needed but I must know that something is being prepared.

I'd like to warn all members: I won't tolerate flaming and bashing other SGs or/and their members. Especially when it goes about competitions. You don't like the idea - stay quiet and don't take part in the comp. Don't break other people's fun. Stop thinking in "we and them" categories. There's no "we" and there's no "them". We're in one club and we're all equal in rights. Throwing a mud at others will only give you a HCI trial. So better think if it is worth the price.

Reminder for the CSers and SGCOMs - all fleetwide competitions are to go through my office. I want to know what's going on in the fleet. It doesn't require a lot of effort to drop me a mail with some details before the comp starts, does it?

I'm in the process of updating the TO website. Also, I'm revising the Training Manual and checking if all data is up to date.

AD Khameir Sarin is a new SM/3 PROF. I've recieved some very good apps, but I could choose only one. Thanks to all who applied.
