***Former-ROA Loor Awarded Gold Star of the Empire***
I was very saddened to learn of Major Loor's resignation. He was a very good officer and quite active. He was able to modify the existing Reconnaissance Office website into a newer, more independent version. I will greatly miss not having him on my staff. Congratulations and best of luck!!!
***Lt. Commander Arkady Rhinogorvich Resigns***
Lt. Commander Rhinogorvich became ROA when the EH Movie was first in it's early stages back in July 2002. Not only did he have a good imagination, but he was a close friend of mine, whom I could bounce many ideas off of. Yet, as time progressed, I found that I had all the ideas I really needed, and it appeared that his ideas were the same as mine. :) Though we will continue to work on the movie together, Arkady felt that he did not need to be an ROA, and thus resigned. I thank you for all you're help, Lt. Commander! Good luck!!!

***ROA Keldorn Released***
The Reconnaissance Office was thrilled to learn of Keldorn's appointment as Training Officer!!! It has occured to me, many weeks later, that he has more pressing matters than that of the Reconnaissance Office. He now has his own office to look to, and - in my opinion - that is vastly more important. :)
Therefore, I wish ROA Keldorn a fond farewell, he has truly done an excellent job!!!
***Emperor's Hammer Desktop Competition***
This competition was suggested by Admiral Maverick a long time ago. Basically, the members of the Emperor's Hammer create a desktop for the fleet. It can include a particular subgroup or the fleet as a whole. Please make it to fit a 800x600 desktop. :) The winners may become the official Emperor's Hammer Desktops. :) Good luck! :)
