***Conventions Database Released***
Long has the project taken, but I believe the usefulness will outweigh the wait. :)
Because of the creation of the Conventions Database, the Conventions Commission is now the Conventions Database (ROCD).
The ROCD is a great new addition to the Emperor's Hammer. From the Reconnaissance Office, we gather information on upcoming conventions around the world. They will be added to the database, which allows all EH members to browse through each convention. Also, CA:RO Joe had the wonderful idea to add a feature to allow EH members to "sign" up for each convention, and through the website, it will show who is going to what convention and on what day.
Truly, I believe the ROCD to be a very useful tool and I look forward to seeing the benefit it will have on the Emperor's Hammer. :)
***Reconnaissance Officer's Second Year Anniversary***
Two years ago I was appointed Reconnaissance Officer. It's hard to believe it has been so long ago. It almost feels just like yesterday!
Yet, much has changed over those two years. I believe I have succeed in bringing a little more respect to this office, and I'm honored that I had the ability to do that. More so, I greatly enjoyed getting interviews, autographs, and honorary members for the Emperor's Hammer.
I would not trade these two years as Reconnaissance Officer for anything! They will always be cherished memories.
I hope my tenure as Reconnaissance Officer has been enjoyed by the members of the Emperor's Hammer! :)
***Emperor's Hammer Desktop Competition***
This competition was suggested by Admiral Maverick a long time ago. Basically, the members of the Emperor's Hammer create a desktop for the fleet. It can include a particular subgroup or the fleet as a whole. Please make it to fit a 800x600 desktop. :) The winners may become the official Emperor's Hammer Desktops. :) Good luck! :)
