     With this optimistic quote I start this 86th Tactical Office Report delivered to your offices by your very own TACMan. :P As you all prolly know I've been very busy during last 3 weeks and I'll be even more busy in the times to come :) Guess why :P I will help you. Brunette, 177cms height :) Well, I won't tell you more. We are spending every moment together, but fear not. I am not going to share Striker's faith. TAC will be still here, though barely visible on IRC :P
     But there is good side of it. Less Mike on IRC = less crappy grammar. :P And of course people who doesn't like me can rejoice. Less Mike on IRC! HurraY!
     And one more thing, that has crossed my mind. I may be bad, I may not like you, I may be badass and my grammar is bad, but don't believe in every crap word people say about me. I am straight person, when I don't like someone I am not going to play nice and kiss butt. But I am also honest. When I say something, I confirm I said it and I am not going to lie because of many reasons. So if you hear how bad I am, better verify it first. Truth always lies in the middle, and even your best friend and very nice person can spread lies.
     But let's finish my babbling and let's get down to business.

Mission Compendium changes
     To download our battles you need to login first. Don't ask me about it, it was not my idea and I can't do anything about it. And you can't do anything about it. I am pretty sure there will be better solution introduced anytime soon. Just wait.

Mission Creation Wars - Round 2 started
     I have released all MCW 1 battles and sent plotline to people. Round 2 looks at follows:

• Ender vs Choosh/Yoda - Unexpected
• Halcyon/Philo vs Argon Viper - Quest for loyalty
• Frodo vs Carl Lost/Viper - Stop Snij clones

TCC:XvT appointed!
     It was hard choice, but there can be only one. Congrats to Hobbit Colonel Frodo of the Shire. He is veteran tactical office member and experienced mission designer. He recently resigned from WC position, so he should have both time and experience. I am sure, he will do great job! Congrats!

Project Omega
     I've decided to start some XvT/TIE/XWA research. It will be called project Omega, but I need people for it. So far I have only 1 person. Go and visit mission creation message board and see what is it all about. Rememeber, succesful completion of this project will make our battles better, and I will reward you very well for hard work.

Mission Creation Corner
     New section of my report. I am not sure what I will put in here. Some useful mission creation tips and tricks. Mission designers are encouraged to submit your ideas and tricks here. Don't worry. There will be awards for active people, so I guess it's worth. What I can tell you this week? Hmmm. Maybe something simple. Never give orders to containers. If you will give one and try to dock with this container, your docking craft will fly circles and never dock . Simple, don't you think? :)

Golden Tug Awards - 2003 Edition!
     Started by HA Striker, 1 year ago, GTAs will be continued by me, however it will be real Oscar style. So expect winners announced by EH celebrities (I hope GA Ronin will find time to join IRC and announce best mission designer and SA Astatine will announce best battle). At the moment, I am compiling list of battles, created in 2002. This list should be published very soon, I will try to attach it to next TAC report :)
