Logistics Officer Report

Here we go again folks, come on in and pull up a seat. Uncle Darknyte has a whopper of a tale to tell you this week, just don't go telling my tale to others or I'll have to put a knot in your tail. Ok, enough with the aliteration with tail/tell/tale, it was fun while it lasted, but we must press on and break some ground.

Biggest news this week is my CA is getting ready to start up a competition to create some graphics for the upcoming EH Memorium site. He's still wrangling with the TO over what awards will be given, so details will be released on the competition and it's rewards at a later time. All I can say right now is that you should prepare to make a tasteful graphic for the site that can honor our fallen comrades. Once the competition is approved I'll post details on all the relevant news mediums so that everyone can have a shot to participate if they wish.

I'm still looking for members to join the IHS and start doing research, haven't heard a peep from anyone this week regarding it. C'mon guys, doesn't anyone want to do mind-achingly boring work for little recognition and a meager medal award on the backend? I know you all want to do this, so let's hop aboard and get this baby fired up and ready to rock!

The Codex is at approx. 75% updated now, completion is within sight and we're entering the home-stretch. I've sorta drug my feet on this project lately due to a very strong addiction to SWG. I'm pledging right here and now that I shall have it done this week and that I will beat the demon of GalaCrack! Anyone got some methadone handy, or maybe a nice padded room for me to live in?

I've also decided to finally open up applications again for the position of Logistics Officer Assistant(LOA). I left the position vacant after the unfortunate sacking of my previous LOA, CM Per-Aa. I was going to hold the position open for him and let him have it back after his probation term was up, but he went on to later act very childish and just outright quit the EH. After that I've been a bit slow to get a new LOA, as I didn't really have any work at all for an LOA to do with the site up and my CA working on the Memorium research. Well, the time has come for an LOA to join the team and coordinate researchers in the IHS(If we ever get any). The ideal candidate will be someone who's comfortable with responsibility and working for an evil taskmaster such as myself. Mainly, I'll be needing someone to help oversee the day-to-day research being done by the IHS on a wide variety of topics. I plan to get them involved in the Memorium site and future projects. I don't care if you're of low rank, never had a command position, etc, etc, etc. All I ask is that you've been in the EH at least 3 months, reached the rank of LT, and have never been convicted of CHEATING. I hate cheaters, so I will not tolerate anyone who's had a conviction and will promptly fire you if you ever do get one. Applications to myself and my CA, subject: Application for LOA. I'm not setting a deadline here, but don't wait a year to apply. References are nice, but not required..this is a laid back office.
