TAC Report # 52 (2002-07-22)

This report was submitted by VA Marcin Szydlowski

Hello and welcome to this 52nd Tactical Office report. Many things happened this week, so sit down and listen up

1. TAC on leave

Yup. Our very own, High Admiral Striker went on leave. As far as I am concerned, he is somewhere between New York and Washington. He should come back someday (or not :P). Till that time his CA (guess who) will be taking care (good?) about Tactical Office. As usual new battles will come (temporary mirror, *cough cough*). But first time in my career TAC allowed me to process BSFs. Cheaters, beware. I know everything I need to know about High Scores, so noone will escape. If you cheat, there will be no mercy for you.

2. Pending BSFs

I have processed all BSFs today. There are few audits pending, I need to check again. I will look at them tomorrow. There are also 108 BSFs with 0 scores. Remember. Skipping missions is not allowed. If you have encountered bug, report it and wait. I can ensure you. Every EH battle can be completed. I've personally checked them all. Sometimes it's impossible to complete some battles using built-in cheats, so better doublecheck. All battles with skipped mission will be removed from your profiles.

3. New battles

Before his departure, TAC uploaded all pending battles. However new ones will come soon. They will be using temporary FTP because I didn't receive full access. Don't worry. Every battle will have link included so you will be able to download it without any problems.

4. FCHG Competition - Enemies of the Hammer

It's up till.... errr... I forgot, but someday in August. So you still have plenty of time to participate. Send all submissions to me, eventually ccing TAC. We will judge them and declare winners soon after deadline

5. Other things

Contact me with TAC office related stuff. I will be able to answer all office related questions. Don't bug Striker with mails. He will not reply.

6. Changes in roster
It's sad but TCC:TIE resigned. I am NOT looking for replacement. Maybe later. From now on I set new law for TCCs. When you apply as TCC, you must serve at least 4 months on this position. If you will resign sooner, you will make me and TAC angry and we will make sure you won't be able to rejoin our office. What's more. If you want TCC position you must be current or former member of TAC Office. No more quick resignations.

And that would be all. Cya next week.
