***Keiran Idanian Promoted to High Admiral***
As copied from Emperor's Hammer Domain:
This rank is the highest achievable without becoming the Executive Officer. Members who are already Fleet Admirals, who have achieved almost all merit awards and who are universally respected by Command Officers and normal membership alike are promoted to High Admiral. There can only be three (3) High Admirals at any one time.
After starting out as my Command Attaché (CA:FC) a couple of years ago (and being a royal pain in the beginning :), Keiran has obtained more than several Awards for the Domain (including the latest and most prestigious Golden Web Award !) He has tirelessly and selflessly devoted MANY hours of his time for the betterment of the club. He has matured into quite a productive member of the EH Command Staff and his articles are often posted on the EH News Page more than most other Command Staff.
Keiran has also proven himself at being particularly and singularly adept at accomplishing what even I have not been able to in 7+ years of running the EH. Namely, he has been consistently successful at getting us in contact and approval from 8 of the 10 EH Honorary Members !!! He has also organized and compiled several Article Mentions and EH Publicity Downloads (pamphlets, Pins, Posters, Bumber Stickers, etc. for the EH).
Through sheer talent and force of will (and some serious determination), Keiran has become the frontrunner of our club's publicity engine. I would like to extend my personal gratitude and congratulations for achieving this high honor in the Emperor's Hammer.

***Imperial Technology Commission Site Layout Competition*** In conjunction with the Imperial Technology Commission (ITC) Banner comp, a new comp is being created to make the best design for the new ITC database.
You may make your site designs in HTML, Java, whichever you know how to do. If it's in asp or php it would be even better!
Also, if you can put the layout onto a site to be viewed, it would be excellent!
The winner's design will be used for the ITC database page.

I now have 50 utilities that are ready for use within the ITC. They are just generic meaning that they don't pertain to one specific area of computing, i.e. audio, video, etc.
I'm going to slow down the gathering process a bit due to the new ITC Banner and site layout competitions that were recently approved. I don't want to get to far ahead of myself and run into problems with site design.
There was also one more thing that I didn't take into consideration until now. A majority of our members are PC users, but there are also a fair amount of MAC users as well. I might take on a MAC user as an unofficial assistant to try and round up and review some apps and utilities that are available to the MAC World. This wouldn't happen until the site has been designed and built.
I will also make a submission to the TC News announcing the 2 ITC competitions.
