I started building about 8 complex framesets, and really got into them, so their done. As you know the page used to be optimized for 1024x746 resolution viewing. The frameset vaslty improves the quality of viewing for higher or lower resolutions. I also coded the framesets to only use scrollbars when necessary (necessary at lower resolution) because I think they are kind of ugly. Also this makes updating the menu's a lot easier. I have not added the footer yet, but I will tomarrow, I need some sleep right now. By the way, if you want a @eh.ro email account, just let me know.
PS: I will be on leave from next Sunday until Thursdayish for my family vacation. I will add the last frame before I leave.

***Emperor's Hammer Memorial Started***
After a proposal by COL Dan Malaktos and CPT Da'emon Narshay, and myself I'm pleased to announce that there is an EH Memorial in the works for our fallen friends! I don't have a lot of information about this at this time, but I will say that it is in the capable hands of the LO, Ramos. I'm sure he'll do a splendid job!
***Emperor's Hammer Secures an Interview with Michael Sheard (AD Ozzel)***
Mr. Sheard has agreed to do an interview with the Emperor's Hammer. Currently, he will be away until the middle of August. I'm proposing an IRC interview, I hope that he will agree. :)

I hope that all is going well. I would just like to confirm our war with you and make sure we are good to go. Our fleet is excited about this and I expect that it will be a great time. I'll give you what I posted for the fleet as well but I'd like to ask what times each night you want to try to get everyone in and I would like to know the sever you would like to use.
I was thinking 5-9 cst and the equivilant time for the euros. I really think the time issue is unnessasary but it is a good idea. :)

Been a long long time since I made one of these and I think it is time. Read the whole thing because there is information that everyone needs to know inside. The topic is WAR!
For the past few months representatives from EH (Emperor's Hammer) and the NRN have been discussing a war between our two respected fleets. Today, I am pleased to announce its time, location, and rules. For many of you this is your first war so I will tell you what we expect of you later in this message, but on to the terms of the conflict.
Keep in mind there are a few things still to be ironed out, and we will keep you all informed.
Location: mIRC on EH's server.
Match-making: We will more than likely be using direct IP connections, if you are using certain types of networks please be sure you try this before trying to play a war game. In other worlds lets work out the problems in advance. For the remainder of Squadron Wars I ask that everyone try to play a couple of IP games, you old guys please help the newer guys learn this art. To get your current IP, go to RUN, which can be found on your start menu and type winipcfg.exe
Record Keeping: Battlestats
Rules: Standard WoW Rules.
Duration: 1 week with a set time each day 3-4 hours of main competition. Meaning we will try to get as many people in there during those hours. This is not to say matches cannot be played at other times, but it does mean we want to try to get as many people in the room during those hours. We will try to have a second set of hours for our euro friends.
Time: Since July XWA WoW will not end until Aug 3rd we have concluded that the war should probably that Fri (Aug 3rd) and either run through the next Fri (Aug 10th) or through Sun (Aug 12th). Any later and we will begin to get problems with college students going back to college. As it is, I will only see the first part of the war myself.
This will be different from any war we have ever done so please get accustomed to IP games before the war starts. I will release server information with the next update more than likely.
What we expect of you and what you can expect from us.
We have not discussed if cadets will be allowed to participate in this war, but I think EH will be allowing theirs, if they do we will allow ours to play as well. We want each of you to get out there and fly! I told them to expect 40 participants, but I know we can have 90 or better.
I demand that everyone be on their best behavior. There will be NO name calling or bad attitudes towards their pilots or our pilots. Anyone causing trouble will be immediately removed from the war and other actions my be taken following the war. The Zone Code of Conduct will be followed at all times (even though we are not on the Zone). I don't care if they start it, ask one of their commanders or one of our HC to handle it.
Now lets use the rest of SW to train for this war and remember to train like you mean it!
