Seeing as Den appears to be having some connection difficulties (I believe) I'll be quickly filling in on the report until he gets things sorted.

1. Web Pages: For any and all who haven't realised for one reason or another, the Science Office can now be reached through http://www.scienceoffice.net. This is the entire, PHP & MySQL driven SCO site with all the nice bits and pieces we know and love.

2. Busy-ness: Yes, the Science Office staff are a little busy at the moment (Den's having connection fun & I've 20 odd hours of work on top of uni attendance & several assignments), however we're still available to answer questions as best we can. Feel free to email either (or better still, both) of us or post on the Slicing forum at any time.

3. Patches: Recently we've been entertaining questions from several sources relating to new patch creation from within the EH. This is great to see and quite encouraging. If you're interested and want to know more, feel free to drop by the slicing forum some time.

4. Fleet Manual: After some setbacks relating to database problems, I'm now working on the Fleet man again as a primary task. It's looking great and I've just received some beautiful new pictures using XWAUP models. Also, I've finally had the copy of the Essential guide to vehicles & vessels I purchased 4 months ago show up so, hopefully things will be moving along soon.

Also, I'm leaning towards not liking the current interface as its a bit plain. Anyone interested in designing a new one, please contact me ASAP!
