The last couple weeks have been a bit slow because of university assignments. The total of active courses is now 13 with the re-opening of the XvT Tactics course. The course is available at http://www.imperialacademy.org/xvttactics/ and the professor is MAJ Tarkin. Former TAC, COL Striker, has offered to resume his position as XWA Missions professor and I've accepted his offer. XWA Missions will be online again soon, along with XvT Missions. The remaining courses are still being sorted out and then new courses will be introduced.

The first season of the EH Ladder has finished with a flurry of activity. The winners are:

JK (1st, 2nd, 3rd) - Jae, Zsinj and Apophis (equal second), Scoser-JK
XvT - Brucmack, Khaen, Death
XWA - Judge, Demos, Strahd

Congratulations to the winners, you'll be getting your awards soon. And thanks to all those who waited for me to code the ladder and who participated. The ladder will be reset and the second season will start soon. It will probably run for the same duration. If you have any comments or feedback about the ladder, let me know.

The Manual recieved minor updates and is now again downloadable. This time, I've decided to use PDF format because pretty much every platform can read the file format. It's also pretty small, getting down to 830K when zipped. It's available at http://www.imperialacademy.org/files/manual.zip

The graduation rate seems to be screaming along at a worrying pace. The average rate is now 500 graduates per month. This is a bit...awe-inspiring, even for me. Several courses passed graduate marks, resulting in a few people getting Gold Stars. CPT Predator's course, Rebellion Tactics, has passed 50 graduates under his tenure, along with LC Ford (TIE Tactics). COL Scoer (TIE Mission Design) and CM Flelm (ICQ) both have passed 100 graduates. IWATS Core will pass 2,300 by Monday, while mIRC is on 666 graduates. The total graduate count is around 7,566, while the total of graduates I've personally passed crept passed 5,000 last week.
