Tactical Office Announcements

1. It's very quiet around here...
Now that i've started clearing out backlogs and battles, it's gotten very quiet around the TAC Office....so quiet that i forgot to do my report!

2. New Stuff!
While there is nothing to release today, this will be a perminant part of the Tactical Report from now on, so we can showcase any new battles.

3. Oops!
Noone managed to catch the fact that in my last report, i reported the pomotion of myself and Troutrooper, but neglected to update the report's Info lines!
