Welcome the eight Science Office report under my command. A bit has been happening this week. First off we got a different kind of patch coming out. And second I've started work on a new editing program.

Fleet Manual: Not much this week, basically just waiting until a PHP server can be found. In the unlikely event that you know of a server that has PHP4 and MySQL support and doesn't have pop ups give me a heads up about it. Also a PC was awarded to LCM Wray Muska for his work in compiling the craft stats in Rebellion.

Patch Archive: A new patch type was released for testing this week hopefully bringing a new dimension to patched battles. A dedicated enemy fighter will be introduced to the patch archive. Its use will be strictly controlled as the EH pilots won't be enjoying the technical advantage they now have over New Republic fighters. More details will be released as the battle gets closer to its release date.

New Program: I've started work on coding a new stats editor for the Xwing/TIE series. The current ones are very outdated DOS based and rather crude (especially UGE for TIE). When completed the editor will be fully coded in Win32 thus being a fully "point and click" program for ease of use.
