The fact that there was an extensive fan group by the name of Emperor's Hammer didn't actually occur to me while I was writing the novel -- but, of course, I had been aware of the group, so it's certainly possible that this awareness did result in a subconscious influence. ***Imperial Technology Commission Site Layout Competition***
In conjunction with the Imperial Technology Commission (ITC) Banner comp, a new comp is being created to make the best design for the new ITC database.
You may make your site designs in HTML, Java, whichever you know how to do. If it's in asp or php it would be even better!
Also, if you can put the layout onto a site to be viewed, it would be excellent!
The winner's design will be used for the ITC database page.

To date I have only recieved 2 entries for the ITC Banner Competition and no entries for the Site Layout Competition. It's a bit discouraging, but I know that it's part of the process. I will begin work on the site layout just in case.
I have however selected the winner for the banner comp. It will be announced shortly.
As soon as I get a simple design for the site, I will make the apps that I have collected available to the EH. I am aiming for the middle of the week.
