Still waiting on the DB to get back to full strength. you'll know once it's back. Until it is, all the courses I can lay my hands on have offline tests.
I want to express my thanks to TTDR Zoltar for gifting the AoT's Eggdrop Course to IWATS. I have passed the details of this course to CPT Autoris Maximus who joins the IWATS Staff as eggdrop PROF! everyone say hi to him and grats. (http://www.imperialacademy.org/to/eggdrop)
If you've not replied to the IWATS AWOL check then you got 1 week left.
Recently the XO has expressed his concerns on the MB that I am incapable.
The current TO has proven incapable of providing competent training services for just the TC.
I wish to make my own comment here that I have done nothing different from what was already in place and other than what I was asked to do, make IWATS Stable. I feel that IWATS is a lot more stable than what it was when i took over 15 weeks ago. If anyone thinks different then I will greatfully hear your points in a private email please, and I will seek to improve from them.
The XO also showed concerns about centralising Training in the EH:
there is a whole range of issues that no parties seem interested in addressing, as well as the lack of compelling reason for actually doing this and I will continue to oppose it.
i would very much like for the XO to share his concerns with us all. By understanding all the viewpoints can we move forward.

Thus concluding my 15th report as TO, i hope that i am boring you with these, cus there will be many many more... i hope...
