Tactical Officer Report # 117

Introduction:
Again late report, I'm sorry. I was going to release it on Friday, but I wanted to release some battles first and then write Tactical Report. So, I have released battles, uploaded them and they are available. Also, I have stable staff with good working TCCs, so we should have a lot of new battles coming soon. I think that's it, rest below :)
