3. Project "Exterminator" update:
     My CA and TCHC/TCC:TIE are working on XWA/TIE. I have stopped working on XvT/BoP at the moment because of far important projects I'm working on. (HSs/cheating releated). Soon I will send some classified documents to HCI guys, FC and XO.

4. TIE testers sought:
     Tactical Office needs additional testers. Applications to TCC:TIE Mark Schueler and me. Details can be found Mission Creation Message Board. Good awards for hard working people.

5. Pending High Scores:
     Most of them are processed. Visit Mission Creation Message Board and read about new rule of naming plt files. Want your HSs to be processed faster? Follow it. Of course, people who does not fly for HSs don't have to follow it.
     Also if you find HS that you think is impossible to be achieved, don't hesitate to email me. Of course include the way you use to calculate it. I will check it, and tell you if you are right or wrong.

7. Cheating, HCI cases, etc:
     I finally want to make it clear. Here's how it works. I find some problem with HS, plt files, etc. I ALWAYS contact suspect first and I give him chance to explain himself. Yes, it is possible that I missed something, miracle happened, etc. If his explanation is fine with me, I let him go. If not, I make another check and send guy to HCI.
     Believe me. I am ALWAYS 100% sure when sending to HCI. I NEVER send to HCI, if I am not sure. Even if I am 99% sure. When you receive mail from me, treat is seriously. And I want serious anwers. I want DETAILS. Answers like luck, flying the same mission 10 times or more it not ok. Describing how did you achieve this score by saying, whan and when did you kill is.
     I don't care that former TACs didn't catch you. Honestly, XvT/BoP was the weakest point. BUT THIS IS OVER. No cheater will escape. No matter how hard you try, how good you are, and how skilled cheater you are, I will catch you. Sooner or later. It takes a lot of my time (usually 5 hours / 1 investigation), but I can assure you. I will remove all cheaters from this fleet. As our GA said: "0 tolerancy for cheaters". And I agree. No mercy for those who cheat.
     If you are cheater, mail me today. Confess. You will at least save your honor. Remember, cheating punishment is EH WIDE. I don't care if you cheated in TC or DB. You are punished in EH. All subgroups. You can loose everything. Is it worth? Think about it. Think what you can loose. Trust me. Your knowledge may be high, but I know everything about those games.

7. Tactical Manual ver3.0:
     HA Striker did great job with Tac-man 2.0, but now, a lot of things have changes. I am working on 3rd version of Tactical Manual. Unfortunatelly HTML code of current Tac-man is so messy, that I have to completly redesign it. So it will take me some time.
     Also. I am looking for someone who will make me banner for this manual. Details are on Mission Creation message board. Read them, and send your banners to me. I am sure I will be able to award you something nice.

8. New CA:TAC appointed:
     Big congratulations to Read Admiral Gord Darkonian who has been appointed as my Command Attache. He's been playing key role in Tactical Office working as TCC:XWA almost as long as I was CA. And now, I'm sure he will do great job again. Remember. If you have any pilot file to be BSFed, email him. He will take care of it. Also, remember to cc him with any usual mail you send to me.

9. TCC:XWA sought:
     Yes, with promotion of RA Gord, we are looking for new TCC:XWA. So far I've received 2 application, but you still have a chance to get it. I will announce new TCC:XWA on TC meeting, Sunday.

10. Cheating cases:
     Unfortunatelly, there are a lot of cases. I can't say I am happy. Jack Pavz resigned during the trial as has been found guilty. Two cases are currently in progress. (check HCI page). And one person has been mailed and I am waiting his responce. What is good. One pilot was able to explain himself and investigation is closed.
