Announcements:
SWGB Backlog cleared
- Took a few hours but there is now an answer key for future PROFs and the
backlog of tests have been graded.
New TO Comp!
- So I was looking at my report... and then the Internet Office Report, and
then the Chancellor Report. Frankly, I was jealous that they had such pretty
report formats while I had a basic, tough on the eyes, u-g-l-y,… you get the
picture.
- I need a HTML TO report template made, zipped and sent to to@emperorshammer.org
by March 18th! Graphics may be used... minimally, tastefully and the must NOT
contain text (ie. no individual topic banners), sections should be easily customizable
and follow TO Report headings. A space MUST be included at the top for a TO
banner.
- Winner receives IS-GR, second place IS-SR (awards downgraded 1 level if
less than 5 participants)

!Reminder about Competition Processing:
- Please CHECK to see the status of a competition when it is
processed. Emails for approved, requires more info, and denied look quite
similar. Be sure to read comments attached and if your competition requires
more info, edit it directly on the database and email the TO (to@emperorshammer.org) saying it is
ready to be reprocessed.
- Competition Medal Requirements: (occasional exceptions requiring
approval of TO and OPS, or FC)
Iron Star with Bronze Decoration - 1st place in a competition involving at least 6
pilots, runner-up award for Silver competitions, 3rd place/participating award
for Gold or Platinum competitions.
Iron Star with Silver Decoration - 1st place in a competition involving 4 or more
squadrons or task units, 2nd place award for Gold or Platinum competitions
Iron Star with Gold Decoration - 1st place in a competition involving 3 or more wings.
Iron Star with Platinum Decoration - 1st Place in Training Office competitions.
Iron Star with Wings – For flying competitions ONLY.
Iron Star with Ribbon – For non-flying
competitions.

Open Professor Positions:

if you are interested in any PROF position since many may or may not be
open. Be sure to include “Those who can’t do, teach” as your
subject line. (A Flight Member Lieutenant does not have any handicap when
competing for a PROF spot with a 6 year Communcations Officer Admiral.)

Competitive Titles:
-These titles are individually command staff sponsored and are always up
for grabs. In order to challenge for them contact the TO (to@emperorshammer.org) with the name of
your Unit (flight, squadron, wing, ship, etc) and contact details in order to
set up the competition. Rules for competition over the title will be decided
by the Command Staff officer who sponsors it. Titles may also be retired, with
the last unit retaining the title until it is reactivated. Any CS may
contact me if they wish to sponsor a title. They may also specify a starting
unit for their sponsored title.

an IS-PR. This award may or may not be awarded on a monthly basis depending
on the quality of submitted competitions.
