Greetings Sir

I am here for my weekly report. This week I have had huge problem with my ISP so I wasn't able to do much with WAP and couse the EH site isn't updated still I can't update the WAP one, but I have good news from the WAP world.
The company I wrok for will start to use a new generation of cell phones with an amazing internet/WAP connection's speed. It is called GPRS and it will have, at the beginning of 2001 ( a month ), a speed of 112 Kbps ( !!!! ), for the mid of 2001 at the same speed of a ISDN and for the end of the 2001 at about the double of a ISDN. I have also very good news from the UMTS ( the video cell phone ). I was at a convention for my company yesterday and I have had the possibilities to test a UMTS cell and it is more then I was beliving at the beginning. It has a connection speed doublle then a ADSL line ( the ADSL have a speed of 640 Kbps ) and it is full color and support both the WAP and the HTML. With this information at hand, I think our WAP project soon will be able to fully interact with other web application like ASP and PHP ( actualy WAP already support the ASP ). I think that this new technologies will bring to us many ( at last italian ) SW fans and increase the number of our members. I am thinking about ask to FA Thedek or AD Absolutek, our best ASP programmer, if they can help me to incorporate the ASP with the EH's WAP site, but I need to know what do you think about first.
