-- Project Horizon, the recently launched effort to ensure mutual
linkage between the EH and our affiliates is progressing well. The Recon
Office domain has been updated to reflect this (check out the news page for
current info and the projects page for a description). Among sites already
confirmed is TheForce.net!

-- Congratulations to all those who were recently promoted or
recognized for their great work in the fleet. Also, congrats to all the
