*COM/RA Chei-Ras has resigned due to RL reasons. The promotion in RL is
much more important than any promotion here. The Colossus will miss you
for a long time.

*VA Jarak announced that I will be the new Commodore.

*For my first act as COM, I promoted LT Drake to WC/MAJ.

*CPT Devin McCloud has resigned as Omicron CMDR. CM Anthony Starr has
taken command of Omicron.

*Rats Extermination III has ended. The final results are:
Third: CM Wap Eal with 35 FCHG pts
Second: CM Avantar with 37 pts
First: LT Horus Taalon with 57 pts!!

*ISD Colossus Arena Playoffs: Well, I am still in the process of
deciding what to do. Only 3 pilots submitted tfrs, CM Wap Eal, LT Dark
Talon, and myself. I may have a round-robin for us three, or I may

SQUADRONS:
Pi: CM Nivarian, with a new and quite active ex-CMDR, is working on
rebuilding Pi squadron. A new BoW (TC-TIE #165 I believe) and some
strong words should kick Pi back into gear. The addition of a former
COM and WC should help boost Pi back into greatness.

Omicron: With CPT Devin McCloud stepping down, Omicron has another
leadership change. His speech to his squadron:

Members of Omicron, I've been CMDR of Omicron for over 2 months and I
can say it was one of the best times i've had on the Col. But now I
have to hand over the position to someone who can perform at full
potential. Due to RL reasons I have to step down as CMDR. No, I'm not
fleeing from command because the Col is danger, but I'm going to a spot
wherein I can perform at full, rather than at CMDR where I cannot. I
am still staying in Omicron and I shall never leave for another. I
would like to thank LT Joruus Taalon, CM Anthony Starr, LT Veng, LCM
Daniel Stephens, LCM Crevent Thrawn, thanks for staying and being there
as my pilots and now I'll be joining you guys at your sides as an FM.

Being the largest squadron in the wing, I know that they will rebound
quickly. Omicron has a history of leaders: DM, Kromtal Stormfyld,
myself, Devlin, and other. Under CM Anthony Starr, Omicron will
prevail.

Eta: Their numbers are a little low, but their output is anything but.
Even with a couple pilots still out due to RL reasons, CM Wap Eal is
leading their squadron to new heights. Though I must say that most
CMDRs dont reveal their sexual exploits in their WSRs ;) With the
addition of 2 CPTs (one of whom was my first CMDR :)

--> Okay. Being the new COM, I suppose I should say something
important. First, I would like to say LONG LIVE THE COLOSSUS!! I was
EXTREMELY PROUD of the way we banded together today at the wing meeting
when the situation looked bleak. Everyone, from ex-COMs down to new
FMs, joined together and literally saved the ship. It was a sight to
behold.

Of course, this is only the beginning. WC Drake and myself are going to
work hard to rebuild this great ship and take us from the brink of
closure to the brink of Perfection!!

We need your help, though. We can only guide you to greatness, but you
must grasp it and bring it home. Drake and I will do everything in our
power to help all of you out. With your help, all of you, we can...no,
WILL SUCCEED!!

The wing has expanded dramatically in these past two days, and I thank
everyone who has transferred in to help us. Now, we need to use all of
you to expand the wing even more. Starting here and now, EVERYONE with
recruiting experience will recruit from PLT Daedalus. We will
coordinate our efforts through the Colossus Recruiting Office, which is
run by LCM Daniel Stephens. Right now, I suggest you find a CT or two
who lives in your area (look on their profile for "america" or
"Europe/Africa", etc) and become good friends with him/her. Once we get
the CRO running at full steam, we will be a recruiting machine.
