ISD Colossus Report #6
COM'S CORNER
Again it appears that we once again are picking up the rear for the Cantina comp. In case you haven't seen them here are the standings thus far,
With adjustments made for participation in round one, the current standings are:
ISD Challenge: 40
ISD Relentless: 35
ISD Immortal: 30
ISD Colossus: 25
So you know what this means right? Get HOT and go FLY, FLY, FLY! Free-TIE 119 (Attached). Try for the best score you can get. I know its hard, but hey if I can get a 50K so can you. So do try and get you submission in. Remember the dealine is Dec 13th which is this coming Friday.
I seem to have forgotten if the CMDR's of these people have reported to me about their status, however, I would like another please. Please email me directly with the info. If these pilots are in your squads then make the attempt to contact them ASAP I will grant one more final deadline until this coming on friday after that, they go on the pad and a mail sent to the FO. CMDR's don't curse me if I made a mistake on this list just tell me if you have contact with them or not.

YAY, YAY, YAY I'm glad to see that activity is getting better. Lets keep up the good work. Medals, promotions and stuff to come, but will be delayed until the TC mailer system is back online. Sorry but I'd like to have the confirmation list just in case some stuff doesn't go thru. But never fear, GN Indaro and myself are keeping track and you'll get them soon. Same goes for any MSE stuff.
In case your unaware, Eta is without a CMDR. If you'd like to apply for it, then send an email to GN Indaro and myself with your application, requirements to follow:
Requirements for applicants are as follows:
Min Rank: LCM
IWATS: SM/2 or SM/3
Would like: Applicant to have had atleast FL, CMDR or similar experience but not necessary.
The willingness and dedication along with the will to commit yourself to a squadron and follow orders. In your application please write a short description of why you want to be the CMDR or either Nu or Iota and what can you offer to the Squadron and Wing.
Please include some previous leadership experiences if applicable. Otherwise just give any helpful information that could help you obtain the position applying for.
REMEMBER THIS:
The CMDR Position is a job totally different then that of a FM or FL. We don't expect that you'll be doing stuff as if you were a FM or FL and or flying like a madman. But we expect that as a CMDR you will set a good example to the squadron, be responsible, reliable and dedicated to your people.
RECRUIT! If you actively recruit members to the Colossus and you get three of them, then I will award you an ISM for recruiting them. The only stipulation is that they must graduate the academy if they are there, then join the Colossus and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks while being active :P if they are old farts (RSV returnees or others), then they must remain for 2 weeks. The total amount to get an ISM, is for recruiting 3 members to the Colossus. Once this goal gets reached then I will submit a request for you to receive an ISM.

CHAIN OF COMMAND
NOTE: Remember there is a chain of command which is in place, shown right below this paragraph is the order in which it is to be used
We put this out many, many times. It starts with the most junior member onboard all the way thru to me the COM. Here lemme break it down for you.
1) BGCOM
2) COM
3) WC
4) CMDR
5) FL
6) FM
So this by itself should give you an idea how things work in the Imperial Military. There is an orderly way of doing things and that means you must utilize the chain of command. And believe me when I say this if you don't, or chose not to, it can seriously work against you. Ship board matters needs to be dealt with using this chain. If there is a problem, it should be handled here and only here, there is no reason why anyone outside of this ship would need to help us with an internal matter, unless it's obvious that it should go beyond our immediate chain of command in order to be fixed.
