Introduction:

         I want to first congratulate Major Andrijas on being selected for Wing Commander of Wing XVIII.  I also want to thank all of you who applied and made our decision a tough one, but in the end I feel that MAJ Andrijas has exactly what XVIII needs.  I am looking forward to the things that he will bring in his new position.  I also want to thank all of you for all your patience while we got the Database issues resolved.  If you are still missing anything please email your COM directly to get the situation resolved. (sorry Hawke =P  ).  I am going to be changing my Report style so any and all suggestions will be taken...
