It seems as if my last few reports have somehow gotten misplaced in the ether. No idea how that could have happened, I swear.... Lots has been going on, so we'll focus on the last month or so! General Master won the first Typhoon TIE Golf Invitational competition that ran over November and December. Major Prost Varsis took second, and then-Colonel Locke Setzer took third! Congrats to them and thank you to everyone who participated! I know I had fun! Speaking of then-Colonel Setzer, he's been elevated to replace Admiral Stryker who recently stepped down as the Battlegroup Commander. Locke has returned to his previously held rank of Vice Admiral. Congratulations to Locke and we look forward to what he has to offer as BGCOM. With Locke moving on, General Master has agreed to take over as Squadron Executive Officer and Flight 2 Leader. In my absence he will take over the running of the squadron and is available if anyone has any questions. He brings a wealth of knowledge with him, unfortnately he can't remember most of the things he claims to know. We had a few pilots who departed the squadron bound for the reserves recently. We wish them well and hope they are able to return to us soon! Congratulations to then-Colonel Locke Setzer and LCM Jagged Fell III for each earning a Bronze Star of the Empire for activity in December 2023! Also, congratulations to General Jarek La'an and General Master for each earning an Imperial Security Medal for December activity! Great work!

This year's iteration of Imperial Storm is on the horizon. For those who don't know, this is a fleet-wide exercise/wargame that is one of the largest events of the year! It will offer something for everyone, and more details will be shared as they become available. As mentioned, BG3 has a new commander, VA Locke Setzer! This is a role he's held in the past (sortof) and we look forward to what he brings to the table! Locke has a survey running, and he and I both would appreciate 100% participation.
