Ok, I realize that most of you are concentrating on school exams and so forth right now, but not even sending a quick email to your FL’s each week to let them know your alive is unacceptable! This week not a single pilot, except for LT Zach, reported in to their FL’s. Remember, communication also counts as activity, although a minimum amount of activity. It is also your responsibility to do so, and I advise those that aren’t following this practice to re-read the Training Manual to relearn what your minimum responsibilities are for your positions.
Samekh vs. Shadow Squadron Comp
Ok pilots, we are now a four days away from our turn to take on the IW Shadow Squadron. We will start our week of competition against them on May 18th, and we will be flying Free-TIE #121! All pilot files to me by May 25th at the latest. I expect everyone with TIE to fly this mission for this comp. Come on Samekh, lets not let these IW pansies get the better of us!
Wing V vs. Wing VI Comp
I’ve still had zero entries from the pilots in Samekh for this comp so far. This is a great battle, so anyone that owns TIE Fighter is encouraged to fly it and help Wing V beat Wing VI. Don’t let me be the only pilot in Samekh to fly this one! Fly TC-TIE #171, pilot files to me by May 30th!

Wing V CMDR’s Promoted!
This week was an exciting one as three Wing V CMDR’s were promoted at the same time! CM RedTaz of Mem Squadron was promoted to CPT, LC Gen Es’mith of Aylin Squadron was promoted to COL, and CPT Wil Striker of Samekh Squadron was promoted to MAJ!
Wing V vs. Wing VI Comp
May 1-May 31, Wing V vs. Wing VI:
-- Fly TC-TIE Battle #171 – Fury of the Colossus.
-- Laserless scoring.
-- Average laserless score of each wing's top 12 scoring pilots will determine the wing
winner.
-- Top scorer in each wing will receive IS-SW; runnerup in each wing, IS-BW.
