Commander's Corner:

Hi Rages. Another week has passed. CM NInja showed a lot of activity and then quit our squad. I have yet to find out why, but hopefuly I can be a better commander to you all to stop further lapses such as this. However, I am disappointed in the level of activity from the remaining squad with the exception of newly promoted LCM Seymoon-fei. Congradulations Commander. You are also newly appointed FL of FL3 so double Kudos 2 U. Cutter, please raise your level of activity I know you can do better and are busy since I have talked to you. I have yet to hear from the SL Mr. Mixon though. I shouldn't have to single people out like this. Mixon if you do not at least tell me you are going on leave I will have to have you transfered to reserves for in-activity. I sent an activity check to you a while ago and have not recieved an answer. Another thing... poeple we are extremely low on numbers. I can't even have a squad comptetion with awards besides ISM's because we are so low in numbers. Let's get a recruiting effort going. Speaking of ISMs If some one recruits 4 people to Rage I might have to give one to them. I have recruited 2 , 1 of which will be joining us within the next week or 2. Also I am going to be making a better banner for us. I don't like the current banner. Photoshop allows for way better graphics. Here is a new squad survey I want filled out and returned to me ASAP. It's about rating my performance.
Don't forget MP training Saturday @ 11:00 AM PST. No one has mailed me but Sey so everyone else should be there. Mail me if something comes up or if we need a better schedual for the training sessions. #RageSquadron on IRC Server undernet.

* Each mission flown: 2 (4 if the mission is the squadrons Platform)
* Participation in a Wing or TC Sponsored comp: 10
* Run On fiction: 2 per post

* Mission creation: 10 per mission (Tie, XvT, XWA, JK)
* Melee victory: 2 per LoC or ladder match victory
* Citations: 10 (the citation must be held for one week Wed-Wed)
* Web page updates: 5 per week
* Web page design: 10 (this includes flight and squad pages)
* Hosting Avenger Comp: 25 per week
* Avgr MSG Brd Post: 2 per post (legit posts of course)
* Ideas: WC’s discretion (ideas that make the wing better etc.)
* Special: WC’s discretion (any really high activity that is outstanding.)
* IWATS Course: 10 points

IF you guys do anything besides a BSF or IWATS could you please mail me about it, as this will make it easier to track activity.
I will put in for ISM for the person with the most points every 2 weeks.
