*Mr/Miss EH 2001 Nomination Information
FA Manesh [manesh@wam.umd.edu] has finally gotten the Mr/Miss EH 2001
nomination rules up online at

*Design the EH logo contest
The requirements for this new EH Logo are posted as follows:
-The design can NOT infringe on any existing LucasFilms copyrights (that
means you can't use existing Star Wars imagery, pics, logos, etc.
-The design shall be 600x600 dpi resolution
-The design shall have the basic design posted below and shall
prominently feature our WWW site address - www.emperorshammer.org.

*OCR phase II: RA Mell managed to get us 2 points, and as a whole we got
3 points. Together with 2 points from the 1st phase we have 7 points and
are at the bottom...
*OCR phase III!! Fly FREE-TIE#126 and beat the current high score
42,607. LT Darknyte of Nu got 130k laserless!
*Nu squadron opens with CM Exar Khaland as CMDR. Go Nu!
*Eta has been awarded with the title Squadron of the Week!! Congrats to
us!!
SQUADRON NEWS
=============
*OCR phase III: Fly FREE-TIE#126 (attached). So far only me and LCM Grue
flew the mission. Pilots get to your crafts and get the best possible
score (means: beat 42,607 score)!! Get your TFRs to me before 31st of
March!
*Details of the new competition I will begin after the OCR. It is called
"The Marathon" and it gives all of you a chance to get this new IS-BW
medal. So let's get to the rules (this is only suggestion): Every week I
will relase one battle that you will have to fly in six days on HARD and
without any cheats. Only those TFRs are counted. The competition will
have six runs, meaning it will last for 6 weeks. All pilots who complete
all 6 battles on HARD and get me their TFRs ON TIME will be awarded with
Iron Star - Bronze Wings medal. That's it about the rules. If I get this
competition approved without any changes I'll let you know...

*BSF count: As for now (22:15 CET 25/03/01) 25 BSFs!! Good job, but we
can still make it better!
*My 2 previous Squadron Reports have been posted on tc.org

this one as soon as I finish it :).
*Recruit! We need to get some new members if we want to be the best on
Collie. So please e-mail some cadets from Deadalus and try to help them
with their training. Remember: You cannot offcialy recruit a cadet form
the PLT but you can help him/her with the training and write some warm
words about Eta :). I am currently in contact with 2 Cadets.
*Squadron Top Gun: This week the award goes to... LT Alain Dindareanu.
He's been very active and flew some missions earning us new citation.

CMDR'S CORNER
=============
I'll be short this week, because I'm really busy (yes, even on Sunday
evening :(). Yesterday I had a VERY bad day - I was beaten by a group of
6-8 men while getting home from a late-night party. I have a broken nose
and a few bruises but I'm an Imperial Officer after all, so I feel quite
all right ;P. I had to go to a hospital and now I have do some research
for tomorrow's workday so I am REALLY busy. Okay, back to the squad: I
am quite pleased, the activity is high and morale are good. When I get
my competition approved I'll make your morale even higher, because you
all will be able to get medals (IF the comp is approved). Remember to
send me any comments and ideas you have about how to make our squad
better - it's not only my squadron (as your CMDR), it is most of all
YOUR squadron and you should also decide about it's fate. Hmm, I think
that's all I have to say at the moment...
