Challenge News

The Wing X Honor Guard comp results have finally been released! The top 12 pilots of the wing have been decided and have formed the elite Wing squadron, ready to take on a worthy opponent >:) Only one Tornado member in the squadron...but still that's 25% of Tor :P

Inferno squadron is taking on Spear squadron of the ISD Relentless! Good luck to Calvin's young guns :)

WC/COL Manitsas remined CMDRs that pilots can be awarded ISMs for FCHG rank increments of Hussar (50 points) and above. I will keep checking for when this becomes relevant to all of you. Oh, and speaking of awards...Mairin is overdue the Commendation of Bravery for flying over 30 missions. I've sent a formal recc' to COL Manitsas so your award should be in the post ;)

Squadron News

After several departures in Tornado due to people retiring to the Reserves, and one AWOL case, we have settled back into normal operations...all of you are encouraged to keep your eyes open for potential recruits! Just stay away from any weirdos...:P

As you all know...CA:SO/VA Mairin Astoris transferred in a few days ago to become a FM/COL in the hottest collection of pilots this side of Aurora! I'm sure Mai will develop an ego big enough to fit in with the rest of the squadron (she's almost there anyway :P). Also, the Tornado website (http://www.btinternet.com/~gehall/tornado) has been updated to reflect all of the recent roster changes and competitions.

Also, you all know we beat the Infiltrator Wing...I'm very pleased we showed them that challenging us was NOT a good idea on their part :P The next round of the Tornado Supremacy Tour is detailed futher on :)

This ends today, and if you haven't sent your TFR in to me yet, then make sure you send it on to the WC and COM! I will not be coming online again till tomorrow morning, and I've already sent the TFRs that I already have to CoFo and Manny.

Tornado vs Sword - Fly Free-TIE Mission #66
The latest round of the supremacy tour will last for week only, and we are to fly a nice and simple Free-TIE :) Send your TFRs to me by next Saturday evening - April 7th ;)
