I will be on leave from Feb 20th to Feb 28th...LCM Corran Horn will be the acting CMDR for the week. I expect you to do a small briefing around the Wednesday...be sure to forward any mails from our WC, and to send him immediatly any comp files (a lot of comps will end on Feb 28th)
LCM Corran Horn is appointed Squadron Operations Officer. He will deal with non-related flying activities within the squadron.
--- COMPS ---
Too many competitions this month; forget about the squadron comp, the deadline will be reported to at least March 7th.
In order of importance:
-Squadron League: We have until February 28th to complete the first four CRs, ie fly EH Battle 1,7 and 76, the fourth will be known this week-end; it's our chance to prove we can beat EVERY squadron of the Sovereign (and of the Challenge ;)
-Wing X vs Wing I Comp: EH Battle 76 to fly for February 27th...BS, PC ,ISM for the awards
-Wing XvT Comp: Start up a NEW pilot file, play the Combat Engagement (Imperial Sided) - Attach on Victory-class star Destroyer Formidable. Deadline February 28th.
-BG Comp EH Battle 107 for Ship Citations ! Deadline February 28th.
-First FCHG Comp: soon...the FCHG Battle has been reviewed by the TAC Office (and it will be a pleasant battle..;))
-Tornado TIE Comp: EH Battle 3 to fly for March 7th; an ISM to win...

From WC/COL Tad's Report
This was an idea originally ment for all of the fleet, but when it was proposed to the FC/TO/FO (old FO) and some others,
about all the response that they (AD Kramer and GN Chandler) got from the "it'd be kinda hard to manage" ... so they did
it without any help ... I just wanted to repeat that to make a point :P
Since we are joining it late, we have some catching up to do. What happens is that every 2 weeks a new battle is issued,
and pilots must fly it in that timeline. Scores are added up (no averages used) and the squadron with the highest points
will eventually win. Right now, we are in the middle of Combat Run 3, which is EH Battle 76. We have been given until
February 28 to get in submissions for CR1, 2, 3 and 4. These are Battle 1, Battle 7, Battle 76, and CR4 hasn't even
started yet. So all pilots have to get out there and fly! Submit your TFRs to your CMDR, who'll pass them along to me. If
you've previously flown one of these battles and want to use that TFR, then still submit it, otherwise I'm not going to use
your old submissions...

I will send you soon a separate email on the current stats of Tornado from the TFRs I have received this week-end with the results of CR#3...
The EH Battle Board is still out of order and the FCHG Board should be set up in the next days... I will update your entries as soon as it works.
Tornado Squadron is eligible for Citation with EH Battle 76! The fifth !! 6 entries, I expect 11 of them :p
