Greetings....another issue of the Tornado Briefing...
ARRIVAL/AWOL
First, bad news and good news.
Good news: please give a very warm welcome to SL Wet Willy, who joins Tornado as Tornado 1-2. Welcome aboard the Challenge and Tornado Squadron; if you have any question about my welcome message, feel free to ask me.
Bad news: due to the fact that SL Shiva's Email address doesn't work and that I have not managed to contact him by another way since I took Tornado commands, I officially declare SL Shiva AWOL.
ISD CHALLENGE NEWS
-Third Round of the Challenge Cup....good luck to Inferno, Thunder and Typhoon Squadrons...bring back the cup aboard the Challenge !
AWOL CHECK
Be sure to email before the end of the month...and FLs, you have to report to me each week...
Check also the medal/battle board of the Tornado site and report to me any mistake...
COMPS
-The Tornado Banner Comp is still on, I am waiting for your submissions for October 24th.
-End of the TO Comp: entries from LT Dave (~30,000), and myself (~39,000). I will forward you the results as soon as I get them. "Three-strikes-and-out" rule: CM Shiva and SL Jofus, please explain me why you do not take part of the comp...two more as this one and it is AWOL....
TORNADO WEB SITE
The Tornado website is at http://members.xoom.com/jmc00/tornado/ Just got my thinkpad, I now can really work at it. I would appreciate any kind of help about the content; your Bios, previously submitted fictions and art works.. I'm especially in need of art work...not very good in this ;-]
TORNADO HISTORY PROJECT
Still need some help for the project. As soon as I finish the site, I will work on it but if someone want to begin...I think especially of Tornado veterans...please tell me all what do you remember since you are in Tornado. I will extract the past Tornado rosters from the NLs, that I got on my harddrive in a whole...
Tornado Squadron has a long history behind him...I would like it not to be forgot, so I would like a volunteer to retrieve all that can be from the history of the Squadron, ie CMDRs, Members (thougher!), Awards etc... There is a lot of work, and it will be rewarded at its measure, if WC/COM agree. Report to me if you are interested with the job.

Along with the Tornado november TIE Comp, I should also put on a TIE Mission Building Comp or a stories comp...think about that and tell me what do you think about...
