Also, I only got 3 submissions for the XWA League. I guess that is partially my fault, since I didn't tell you guys about it until the last second. We ended up with a total score of around 30,000 which I don't think is too bad since only 3 people flew. Here are the results:

Now, about the XWAL: It seems that GN Sas sent our score (and Hey's) a tad bit late (only a couple hours). Because of this, LC Badlands has refused to accept our score! Not good. GN Sas (and I'm sure FA Kramer) promised to do something about this, so cross your fingers.
While we wait for that, I want everyone to fly FREE-XWA #17 (attached). This is for CR #2 for the XWAL. Even if they don't accept our initial scores, we could still do well if we do a stellar job this time around. Get flying!!
A couple weeks (days?) ago, LCM Mayk Wolverine created a great image for us. It is the "Aleth Elite Badge". It is a badge that is given out by your CMDR (yours truly) once a month and can be added at the bottom of your ID Line. For example, let's say that I got the AEB for the month of February. My ID Line would look like this:

Or something like that. Display it however you like. Now, I was originally going to give this to the pilot who was the most active for that month, but I have changed my mind. I'm going to make it like a little game. What I will do is send out an e-mail stating what the requirements are to receive it that month. So, for example, I would send out an e-mail on February 1st saying that the first person to complete that months CRT and XWAL missions plus fly's 5 other missions of his choice and writes a short piece of fiction about "A Day in the Life of an Aleth Pilot" gets it. Understand? Good.
LCM Yun has once again taken the position of Flight III FL! Congrats to him! I'll have a Chiss Brandy, when you get the chance :)

IWATS Core passes 2000

The IWATS Core course just passed two thousand graduates (2,000), making it still the most successful IWATS course ever. The next closest course in terms of graduates is mIRC/1 with nearl 900. The IWATS Core graduates form roughly 32% of the overall IWATS graduates.

Something important I forgot to mention in my Sov Report that just couldn't wait until Sunday.
Every month I review squadrons for the COM's Own award, and most of the time I withhold it for one reason or another. This month, I was going to award it to Sigma Squadron of Wing II, but decided that the continued level of excellence the pilots of Sigma exhibit deserves a higher honor than COM's Own.
After consultation with LC Inkwolf, I've decided to name Sigma the official escort squadron of the Sov Flag Officers for the first quarter of the year. Congratulations to all Sigmans on a job VERY well done!!
