Beth Squadron Report #33 - September 24th, 2000

Introduction
--------------------------------------------
Greetings! Though a bit slower than the last, this week has still been great - we've managed to double the number of our citations from 5 to 10!! :) Keep this up and we'll soon have a citation in every XWA battle available (which would be 14, I think)! Along with the end of September the end of the MegaSovComp is comming near, but there is still about a week left for you to fly!

Squadron News and Activity

- Cal, Werdna, Var, Shield and me were at yesterday's meeting. You see, I actually managed to be there this time, but my mIRC didn't log it for some reason (who knows why?), so a log from someone else would be appreciated :)
- LCM Cal has been promoted to Hussar in the FCHG! That's the second FCHG promotion for him in two weeks! Congrats, Cal!
- LCM Cray flew IW-XWA #26, TC-XvT #10, IW-BoP #18 and FREE-XWA #16 & 17! Good flying, Cray!
- LCM Cal flew IW-XWA #25 and TC-XWA #5, 6 & 8! Great work again!
- CPT Werdna flew IW-XWA #26
- MAJ Marden flew TC-XvT #6, 7, 8, 9 & 10, FREE-XWA #16, 17 & 19 and TC-TIE #1 and #2
- Beth got two new citations: one in TC-XWA #7 and another one in TC-XWA #9! Great work! :)
- Seq sent out the Black Hawk evaluations for turn 8
- Beth now has citations in TC-XWA #1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and IW-XWA #22, 24, 25, 26!
- LCM Aeron decided to go to the reserves, because of a big wave of work. Goodbye Aeron! May the spoon be with ya!


Wing News

- The CRT (Combat Readiness Testing) will begin on October 1st! Prepare yourself by flying all posible XWA battles and free missions!

- The BigSovComp. continues!! Get some points by flying missions or participating in mp contests! Here are the current standings for Beth:

Sequoh Marden: 64 (+ 11 when approved)
Cal Sinis: 39 (+ 2 when approved)
Cray Mikalen: 22
Shield: 9
Werdna: 5
Loor: 5
Aeron: 4
Total for Beth: 148 (161 when approved) !! That's good, although you can notice that most of the points were made by 3 pilots only....

- Daleth has about 100 points in the SovComp
- Gimel has about 70 points in the SovComp

- CoLs should be awarded soon! (how many weeks have we been waiting for this now? I think it must be about 5.... ;)

- Vice-Admiral Wlodek and Vice-Admiral StarLion (I think I've heard this name before...) have been chosen as the new CAs to the TAC!
