Greetings all, and welcome to another Hey Squadron
report. I missed last weeks report, but the report is
back and better than ever. Anyway, on to all the news
from the last few weeks.

SQUADRON NEWS
---------------------------------------------------

- Combat Run 5 of the XWA league finished with the
final scores looking like this

1. CPT Osan'gar - 9280
2. LCM Josh Popelka - 5667

Total = 14947

- I was awarded the Golden TIE on offer for this
round.

- Combat Run 6 has started but only LT VinDoros has
flown so far. Get your mission files for FXWA 5 in to
me by the 30th please.

Current Standings

1. CPT Osan'gar - 8969
2. LT VinDoros - 5860

Total = 14829

- LT VinDoros was assigned to the squadron and then
was promoted to a LT after completing an XWA battle.
Congrats VinDoros.

- LT VinDoros attained the FCHG ranks of GREN, then
LANC and finally HUSS. Well done on getting so far in
just a week :)

- When my files are BSFed, I should be elevated to the
FCHG rank of LANC.

- Hey Squadron website updated, go and visit it now
for all the lastest news.

- Myself and LCM Josh Popelka are the survivors for
the Wing III Survivor challenge. I don't know what
the results of this weeks challenge were, but I'm sure
that we will be informed soon.

- Post on the Hey Squadron message board. I was glad
to see that LT VinDoros posted on it this week. Now
how about someone else save myself, VinDoros and Josh
posts on the board.


WING III NEWS

- Wing membership at 32. Keep recruiting and we may be
able to get Gimel Squadron open soon.

- We have our IRC channel back. Use #wing_iii for all
IRC communications now. The meeting will be held there
on Sundays from now on too. If anyone has a log of
yesterdays meeting, please could they send it to me.

- Work on the Sickbay page continues although
development has been slower than I would like. Expect
it to be up and working in the next few weeks

- Read the Wing Report when it comes out.

Imperial Historical Society

Today the Logistics Office would like to publicly
announce the official opening of the Imperial
Historical Society, the IHS. The Imperial Historical
Society is in charge of the compilation, analysing and
contemplation of moments within the Emperor's Hammer
history. These activities would be conducted in order
to compile a thorough, and well discussed view of the
Emperor's Hammer history without bias and to provide a
source of valuable information to members of the
Emperor's Hammer. The Imperial Historical Society is
divided into two main divisions. The first has three
sub units, each with four members, these
are called Committees. Each Committee is appointed a
task, each of which last around four weeks. The
purpose of such tasks is as stated above. The second
division consists of historians, which are situated in
various places around the Emperor's Hammer tasked with
collecting information for their area. We hope that
the Imperial Historical Society will bring new light
into the history of the Emperor's Hammer, and teach
people about what happened before them.

Thus this brings us onto the fact of that the Imperial
Historical Society is currently recruiting. We are
looking for members to fill the three committees and
appoint historians for ships and subgroups, there are
no set requirements however we are looking for quite
experienced members who have a thorough knowledge of
the Emperor's Hammer. The longer your history and the
more you know about the past of the Emperor's Hammer
is of course a tremendous bonus. If you are interested
