"What the....?" COL Darwin Matir awoke with a start to see a golden
protocol droid standing over his bed, poking him with a cold metal finger.
"You asked me to wake you if anything urgent came up, sir. There's a
spelling error on your pencil requisition form, here on line..." the droid
shut up as Darwin pulled an Ion blaster from his nightstand. "Perhaps this
can wait." and the droid waddled off.
Since he was already awake, he got dressed and headed to the officers mess.
Because of a small bribe to the Ships XO, his quarters were just around the
corner from the officer's mess. Down the other hallway was the starfighter
hanger. Yes, he had a prime set of quarters. He got himself a cup of caf
and headed back to his quarters when he ran into SL Theos ek Mechanes.
"SL Mechanes, when will you have your INPR?" SL Mechanes handed him a
datacard.
"You have it now, sir." COL Matir returned to his quarters to read the
Imperial Navy Pilot Record.

News/Standing Orders:

1) FLs MUST have their flight reports in to me EVERY Thursday. I will
remind you all that I have the right to change my FLs at any moment so
please do a good job. Also, if you're gonna apply for CMDR, you'll want MY
reccomendation. I will remember your activity levels.

2) All pilots must submit 3 pilot files or a good reason why you couldn't
("My joystick's broken" is acceptable, "I was sleeping" isn't.) by the end
of the week.

3) WoW is coming up. Register and fly. Remember, 1 victory = 2 LoCs.

4) The pilot who earns the most FCHG points by My Birthday (April 25) will
receive a PC.

5) I'm looking for someone who wants to earn an ISM by making the squadron
webpage. Email me if you're interested.

6) SL Theos ek Mechanes was promoted to LT! Congrats!

7) Greatking Bob and Ghost Rezdar were AWOLed. Sorry to see them go.

8) Anyone who sent me pilot files during the last week or so, resend them.
A virus hit me and wiped out all attachments.

10) Valkyrie Pilots: please submit fiction based on the "Life on the GW" style plots I've been using in my WSRs. It's encouraged and welcomed, and good fiction may bring rewards.
