Rage Sqaudron. I am your new commander CM Spencer known as Demosthenes and Demos for short. There are many things that need to be adressed but first I must tell you about myself and what I expect. I have 2 rules. Rule #1 we are a squad ... a family... and must respect each other so. Listen to each other and what we each have to say. NO ONE IS MORE IMPORTANT! Help each other out to do our best and accomplish all our goals. Rule #2. DO YOU'RE BEST! We will become one of the best squads in the fleet. YOu must all participate in achieving this goal. If you do not comply or have a problem with these 2 rules you need to transfer out or I will have you removed.
There are to be some new fresh faces comming in and I am expecting you all to help out in making them feel accomodated. CM Ninja is transfering in to be FL of Flight 3 Also, I would apprectiate it if you would recruit active pilots. Try to get MPers also(still keeping SP in mind). I have looked at all of your records and noted that all of you with the excpetion of 1 have XWA and XvT. If you need a copy of XWA give me you're snail mail address and I'll mail one to you but you cannot register it. I have permission to switch the squad to XWA, however I realize many of you may be die hard XvT and well there are more XvT mission and points to be had for us. This is why we will do both for a while and see what you think about XWA and whatnot.
This is not a typical report for I've only been in Command less then a day. I have all U're ATR's ready and haven't received a thing from anyone. I've been watching the last few days and have seen 0 activity. Like I said this will not be tolerated and you WILL be removed if this trend continues. Consider this an AWOL check.( I should never have to do an AWOL check)

2. I am going to start a Rage sqaudron MP training session. This is an actual Training Session and not a competition. Will you be able to attend and what Days/Times are best for you?

SL's: Fill out You're INPR's or fly a XWA/XvT Battle and I will put you in for promotion. Same thing goes for winning a LoC.
LT's: You will have a 2 week trial. If you are active and meet the promotion requirements I will see to it with ShadowHawk's blessing that it will happen.
I want to give you guys as many promotions and awards as possible. Make it so that I can do this. That is all for now... I'm a bit tired it's 1 here and I have Jazz @ 6.
