Greetings,

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Major Jae K`Sunis, your new commander. I served 7 months as CMDR of Storm Squadron in this wing. I resigned it in the first place to go Praetorian Squadron, which isn't all it's crack up to be. Believe me, you're better off here on the Avenger. So I made my way back after Predator offered me a Flight Leader spot in Flayer and now I'm here. These 4 squadron changes all in the past 2 weeks, but that's not important, heh. I am very grateful to COL Loruss and VA Firefox for allowing me to return to a command position, and I plan to make the best of it.

I'm a pretty easy going fellow, as those of you who know me have found out already. Please do not regard me as anything more than a friend, and please don't be afraid to contact me anytime with anything you need or want, even if it's just to chit-chat. I'm in #avenger most of the time, as well as on ICQ. I know this isn't much of a report, but I've only officially been CMDR for a few hours, so this will be my acquaintance time. So I have a few points/questions to take care of.

1. I realize that we are an XvT squadron, but we all know that those are just loose guidelines for what we generally fly. I want each of you to get to me via email, ICQ or IRC and tell me what your preferred platform is: TIE, XvT, or XWA. I can go any way you guys want to. After we get that straightened out, we'll start going for some citations. Yes, citations, that means flying.

2. Competitions. I do ask that you compete if at all possible, you're not here just to take up space on a roster are you? Now, of course, everyone has excuses now and again, including myself. Sometimes stuff just comes up. I do already have some competitions in mind, and will be speaking with other CMDR's aboard the ship about them. If you have any ideas, tell me!

3. Banner/Mottos/Nicks. Quite frankly, I don't like the current ones. I'll be organizing a competition shortly to choose new ones. Get crackin!

4. Website. I'm going to take care of one shortly. However, if you wish to help in any way, it would be a strain off of me and you will be rewarded. I wan't something nice though. Not something that looks like it was made with an angelfire pagebuilder or something.

5. Report fiction. If you want to write some for me, I'll reward you. Maybe not a medal all the time, but it'll definitely credit you towards a promotion or something else.

6. Rewards/Promotions. I don't give them away. You earn them. I'm not stingy, and I don't ask a lot. Just put forth some effort and I won't care to put forth the effort in filling out the forms on the database.

That's about all I can think of. I'll have a real report for you guys next week. Any questions, comments, rants, "You're an anus, I wanna transfer," flames you have, send em my way. Thanks, guys.
