Well, we have one week under our belts, and I am very
encouraged. Were off to a great start, and may soon
have our five citations back. :)
FLEET NEWS:
- SCOA Wanted
The requirements for SCOA are as follows:
* Must be able to check several (6-12+) major web
sites at least once a day.
* Must have a good command of the English language,
able to type news items without typos or spelling
errors.
* Must have a 24 hours email response time.
* Must be trustworthy and familiar with EH rules &
regulations.
* Must have some familiarity with slicing terminology
in at least one field or platform.
Applications should be emailed to Kermee@softhome.net,
cc'ing darkhill@emperorshammer.ca with the subject of
"SCOA Application". Applications should be sent no
latter than Monday 12th March 2001, all applications
will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please do not
just list yourself as fulfilling the requirements but
actually explain why you would make a better SCOA than
someone else. Also note that bugging Kermee on IRC
about who has applied or what decisions have been made
will not improve you chances.
- LC Ford has been appointed Professor, TIE Tactics.
The course will be up soon once some updates are made.
- Congrats to the newly promoted and appointed Rear
Admiral Woobee on his promo and taking over the ISD
Grey Wolf. Rear Admiral Woobee will be able to
faithfully carry on the duties of Commodore, and
further the goals of the ASF, TC, and EH.

Description: "The Wing XV Commander will add a piece
of a story to his wing reports, together with a XWA
Mission based on that part of the story. Participating
Pilots in the wing send in their pilot files of that
mission to their CMDRs - including a short written
fictional account of their experiences in the mission.
The CMDRs check the pilot files, forward the scores,
the reports and their own files to the Commodore and
Wing Commander and include the best fiction of their
squadron in their weekly reports. The best fiction in
the wing will be taken up in the wing report, arranged
into "propaganda"-type news coverage. Medals are
awarded to the best flying and to the best writing but
also to outstanding activity like helping to run this
competition. Flying and fiction both influence the
story, and so the missions: the Pilots' performance in
one mission has consequences on the next mission
they'll fly. Making this a true Interactive Battle
with a flexible story line, centered around the ISD
Vanguard and it's Squadrons."
Status: The first turn winner were rewarded, Ender
said he will do the ViB related things in his COM
Report. We are in need of XWA Mission designers,
contact Ender MBind if interested.
SQUADRON NEWS:
- LT Sicamicancio has requested a transfer to the
Reserves due to a large amount of homework. We'll miss
you, LT, and you will always have a home in Wasp
Squadron if you want it.
- CPT CTXclr has got the beginnings of a web page up.
It isn't done yet, but if you want to check it out,

CPT Jdf1984 - Contacted SA Kawolski about a message
board on tc.org, flew CAB #1 and 2, a total of 25
missions. Recruited on the Zone.
MAJ Archon - Reported in

SL. You have 2 more weeks, but then I will transfer
you to the Reserves.
CM Jourdain - Flew FREE-XWA #6, created an XvT
mission, created a banner (which can be seen on the
Wasp Page).
LT Patrick Blastfire - Flew at OR, with 4 victories
for the EH.
LT Jones - Reported in
MAJ Prophet - Flew TC-TIE #102, 103, 104, 105, 106,
107, 108, and 109. Working on a Squadron Banner.
