Fleet News
- The Imperial Senate sub group has now been officially formed! The Senate is
designed for those who wish to join the EH but do not have a game platform. As
with all SGs, you can still join if you're a member...so why not take a look?
- Rear Admiral Zoraan has been promoted to Vice Admiral and is now the new
Science Officer after AD Ajax Fardreamer resigned due to RL obligations. The new
Science Office is located at : http://sco.tsx.org/
- VA Zoraan's promotion resulted in the position of COM of the Relentless
opening, but it was quickly taken by former WC, COL Scoser. The WC position is
now open. Also, the COM position of the ISD Immortal is now open.


Wing News
- RA Torres has been promoted to Vice Admiral! On the recommendation of Tempest
CMDR, MAJ Nightflyer, Torres is now the highest ranked COM in the Battle Groups!
Way to go Torres! :)
- WC/COL Striker is back tomorrow! CPT Corran Force has done a great job while
he's been away, but it'll be good to have Striker back! :)
- MAJ Wet Willy has left Wing X again to go and command a squadron in Wing
VI...good luck!
- The Ewok run-on has been one of the most successful in the Wing so far, and
has been enormously entertaining, with people virtually every squadron adding to
the story...apart from, um...me :P (I'm not a very good story writer).
- I advise you all to visit the weekly EH meetings on IRC if you can. They take
place every Saturday on the Undernet in the channel #Emperor's_Hammer at 5pm GMT
(I think that's 12 EST, but don't hold me to it :P ). Also, there's
#ISD_Challenge where many of us Wing X-ers hang out. If you don't have mIRC,
then you can get it from http://www.mirc.com


Squadron News
- Commanders Rea and Steele have announced they have requested a transfer to
Omega squadron. It'll be shame to see you guys go, but I wish you the best of
luck in Omega!
- A competition between Tornado and Mu squadron should be beginning in
September...watch this space!
- Awards for the SSSD Sovereegn Squadron League should be announced soon...

Free Mission Pappy-1 is to be played by August 18th, TFRs go to myself and RA

Training Office Competition #2
Play FCHG Battle #1 (available on the Tornado site) by August 20th.

Tornado Banner Competition
Create a new Tornado Banner for use on the site. I know not everyone's an
artist, but I thought it'd be nice to have a non-flying competition. ISM to win;
deadline August 28th.

Tornado Flight III vs Sword Flight III Competition
Play TC Battle 85 for the Flight vs Flight comp by August 28th. All TFRs go to
CM Badlands, and should be cc-ed to myself.
