My fifth week as Valkyrie CMDR has come to a close. Instead of the normal fiction introduction, I'm going to begin with a small survey I'd like each of the members of my squadron to fill out and return. I would appreciate it if you sent it only to me, not a 'reply to all' :P

Survey:

1) Do you like the format of my WSRs? If no, how should I change them?

2) Am I too strict? Not strict enough?

3) What can I do as a CMDR to improve the squadron?

4) What can other pilots do as FL/FM to improve the squadron?

5) Do you have any complaints about your FL? (FLs, ignore this question :P)

6) Do I send enough email to the squadron? Too much, too little?

7) Do I set a good example? If not, how can I improve?

8) State anything else you'd like to tell me here.

OK, I didn't get any fiction submissions this week (again), so I'm not gonna write one. I don't think anyone reads them, and I'd rather go fly a mission or WoW or something then waste my time writing one.
