up. Sorry that this report is late for the second week
in a row, but I couldn't find the time to finish it
over the weekend :(

SQUADRON NEWS
----------------------------

- Combat Run 5 of the XWA league is still running and
only LCM Josh Popelka has flown so far.

Current standings

1. LCM Josh Popelka - 5667

- We now have 5 citation due to LT Wes and LCM Josh
flying some battles in the week.

- LCM Josh Popelka was awarded an ISM for getting his
first Golden Missile Boat. Congratulations Josh.

- I passed the IWATS course IIC/3 (HTML 3) with 100%

- Website updated with all the latest news and roster
updates.

- I will be requesting a new CRT soon, so get ready to
fly as I want 100% participation.

- LCM Josh submitted an article about a fan movie
called Duality to the website. Well done Josh, now
lets see some more submissions from the rest of you.


WING III NEWS
----------------------------

- Recruitment program has started. CMDRs, if you
haven't already done so, forward the details to your
pilots. Please try to do some of the things mentioned
as it will increase Wing III membership. Oh, and don't
worry Pri - there is nothing mentioned about directly
recruiting cadets.

- Wing membership at 25 :(

- CPT Jaster Sadista of Aleth squadron has been
declared MIA and has been transferred to the reserves.
This means Aleth needs a new Commander, if anyone
wants to apply and needs a reference then you can put
me down as one if you wish.

- The Wing III meeting was on last night. The turnout
was quite good for once and about 8 people turned up
while I was there. This is about 30% of the Wing.
4 of the Wing III commmand staff were also there so
the new meeting time seems to be working out well. For
next week, the meeting will be at 6pm GMT / 7pm CET /
1pm EST. Only Josh and myself from Hey were there this
week, so could more of you try to be there next week.

TCCOM Award for February

Although slightly overdue, I've decided on the winner
of last month's TIE Corps Commander's Award. Many
congratulations to Wing IX and the ISD Relentless!
Over the past several weeks pilots from the Wing have
shown themselves to be some of the most active in the
Fleet with some great competition participation and
morale. Congrats to them, General Ricaud and Vice
Admiral Andron :)
The Flight Office has been updated to reflect the
TCCOM Award for February.

ISD Colossus Commodore appointed
14:29 - AD Priyum Patel [spellfire@btinternet.com]
Following Rear Admiral Troutrooper's promotion to the
position of CA:TAC2, the decision for his replacement
as Colossus Commodore has been made. Many
congratulations to Rear Admiral Mell, who comes highly
recommended, and should prove to be a fine choice to
lead the ship.

BGCOM promoted
14:28 - AD Priyum Patel [spellfire@btinternet.com]
With the approval of Fleet Commander, VA Jarak,
Commander of the TIE Corps Battlegroups is hereby
promoted to the rank of Admiral. During the past six
months as BGCOM, Jarak has proven himself to be an
able and dedicated leader and thoroughly deserves this
promotion. Congrats Jarak! :)

Skipping Missions

Recently, it has come to my attention that pilots have
been simply playing 5/6 of a battle (or X-1/X) and
submitting it, saying they skipped the last mission.
According with the Tactical Manual, I have issued
Tactical Order #001.

Persons having skipped a mission in a battle MUST fill
out a legitimate bug report on that battle in order to
receive credit for that battle.
If the Tactical Office discovers you are NOT doing so,
the BSF's in question will be removed from your
record, irregardless of previously completed entries
for said battle.
